If you’ve been paying attention to social media the past few days, you may have noticed how the story of an inebriated buffoon yelling in a drunken stupor at Muslims near the Toronto ferry docks has taken centre stage with significant “Breaking News” coverage and frequent updates. It almost appears as if the story is amplified in an attempt to draw attention away from Sunday night’s Islamic terror attack and the evidence concerning the motives behind it.

Canada’s mainstream media has gained notoriety for its biased and selective reporting that often cherry picks cases concerning racism, prejudice and hate speech when it suits their specific narratives.  Often is the case any time an alleged incident targets Canada’s Muslim community. Unfortunately, many incidents of intolerance and hate go unnoticed and are left unreported if perpetrated by the Muslim community against non-Muslims and even other Muslims.

Below is a timeline of incidents that have received widespread media coverage in Canada along with cases of Islamist anti-Semitism that the media has failed to report.

Inebriated Man Yelling at a Muslim Family

The case of the intoxicated man yelling aggressively at a Muslim family in Toronto this past week has received significant media coverage and condemnation and was quickly labeled as “racism” and “hate speech”. The man has since been charged with assault and threatening death.

Toronto’s #HijabHoax

Within 45 minutes of a Muslim girl’s obvious lie that smeared Toronto’s Asian community by alleging her hijab had been cut by an “Asian” man, the CBC scheduled a press conference all the way in Scarborough where the professed incident took place from downtown Toronto. Justin Trudeau issued a heartfelt statement of solidarity and networks from all over picked up the story and spread it like wildfire. As predicted from the very beginning, the story was a lie and yet had already received excessive news coverage along with the classic word-for-word concerns over “Muslims fearing a backlash” following the hoax.

The Masjid Toronto Mosque

The Masjid Toronto Mosque was exposed in early 2017 for a sermon given by Aymen Elkasrawy in which he said to slay them one by one and spare not one of them” and for Allah to “Purify Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews!”

“O Allah! Count their number; slay them one by one and spare not one of them

O Allah! Purify Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews!

O Allah! Purify Al-Aqsa Mosque from the filth of the Jews!”

Following the exposure of these radical supplications, a handful of Canadians held a protest at the doorstep of the Masjid Toronto Mosque and were, of course, met with condemnation from the left and negative reporting via the CBC.

Even more disturbing, was the platform given to Elkasrawy by the Toronto Star in a long article attempting to justify the anti-Semitic hate speech and profess that his sermon was simply “mistranslated.” (Please see Never Again Canada’s response to the Toronto Star article.)

Disturbing Incidents That have Gone Unreported

Pakistani Rally in Mississauga

Tarek Fatah shared an alarming video on July 26th showing Pakistani Muslims congregating in Mississauga, Ontario in a celebration for a military-sponsored victory of a radical anti-West Islamist known as “Taliban Khan” but Canada’s prominent publications were absent and failed to report on this event.

The Thorncliffe Mosque Supplications “Slay [kill] Them One by One”

Furthermore, the media also failed to report on essential information concerning the Thorncliffe mosque’s supplications instructing attendees to “slay [kill] them one by one and make them a lesson to their likenesses” despite this mosque having been attended by Danforth shooter, Faisal Hussain whom the media is still alleging acted on the basis of “mental illness.”

Al Quds Day

Al Quds takes place every year after Ramadan in major cities around the world including Toronto and other Canadian cities. Founded by the Iranian Ayatollah Khomeini in 1979, Al Quds Day supporters call for the destruction of Israel and the annihilation of every Jew living there.

Each year in Toronto, Islamists and their leftist apologists gather on the grounds in front of the Ontario Legislature without a permit in order to advocate genocide against Jews and the destruction of the Jewish State with full police protection and NO media coverage.

in 2013, Elias Hazineh, Former President of “Palestine” House, attended the annual Quds Day rally in Toronto and gave a speech in which he gives Israeli Jews an ultimatum to “leave the country immediately or be shot.” This event received no media coverage and due to Hazineh’s claims of being “misunderstood”, no charges were laid either.

In Conclusion

This raises the question, why all the selective outrage and hypocritically biased reporting? When Islamists gather by the thousands during Al-Quds Day each year in order to advocate genocide against Jews and the annihilation of the State of Israel along with the demonstration of unconditional support for terror organizations, Canada’s mainstream media is silent. But when Muslims are yelled at by an obviously mentally unstable intoxicated individual, everyone loses their minds and shouts “racism.”

* Never Again Canada is NOT condoning the man at the ferry dock’s behaviour and believes he is an individual who seriously needs to take in to account his mental instability and be shown how he conducts himself while intoxicated in the hope he will take the necessary steps towards sobriety.
