19-year-old woman was fatally stabbed, had her body chopped up and stored in a freezer in an alleged honour killing in south west London, England.

According to the Daily Mail, the teen and her cousin were kidnapped before the woman was allegedly killed by her stepfather.

The woman’s body was found stuffed inside a fridge freezer at a detached home in Kingston-on-Thames Wednesday night.

The dead woman’s 21-year-old cousin escaped the property and knocked on the doors of neighbouring houses looking for help. The cousin arrived at a local hospital with stab wounds and cuts.

The U.K. Sun reported the cousin’s throat also was slashed.

“Whoever did this cut her up Jack the Ripper style,” a family friend told the U.K. Sun.

Neighbours believe the incident was an honour killing, but police say they’re “keeping an open mind” on the motive.

Neighbour Bernett Thrones said she heard a loud bang on her door and people running on rocks outside her home, but didn’t see anything when she looked outside.

“By the time I opened the door the person was gone. I could hear them running away on the stones,” said Thrones, 39. “It was strange but I didn’t realize how serious it was until the police came later. It’s a horrible shock.”

A 33-year-old man and a 28-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder charges. A 29-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

A police spokesperson confirmed a murder investigation has been launched.
